The case has an antique-style finish with an aged treatment, and the dial features a small seconds hand, commonly seen in spring-driven clocks, positioned at 3 o'clock. Additionally, the unique style with the dial rotated 90 degrees, also seen in antique watches, allows you to tell the time without bending your arm when worn, and can also be used as a clock when taken off and placed on a desk.
