Business Hours and Holidays

■ Shipping Operations
Unless otherwise specified, orders are shipped sequentially 1 to 3 business days after the order date.
Normally, orders placed by 12:00 PM (JST) on business days are shipped the same day.
* For product取り寄せ (special order/backorder) and belt size adjustments, shipping may take 3 to 6 business days.
* Please note that shipping may be delayed after holidays or due to a high volume of orders.
* Delivery carriers are Sagawa Express (or Yamato Transport) and Yamato Transport Nekoposu. (Please note that you cannot choose the carrier.)

About Membership
Customers who register as a shop member of Tokyo Watch Style (TWS member) will receive points.
In addition, you can receive the latest information on new products and events quickly through our email newsletter. TWS members can also receive advantageous services such as one free battery replacement (with certain conditions).
* Registration is free, with no admission fee or annual fee.
* Once you register as a member, you can save the trouble of entering your address and other information when ordering, and use online shopping with only your email address and password.
By registering as a TWS member, you can use your My Page. My Page allows you to use functions such as "Order History" and "Change Member Registration Information".
* If you forget your password, please contact our shop. We will issue a temporary password.
When you register as a new member, you will receive 500 points that can be used immediately after registration.
When you purchase a product, 1-10% of the product price (excluding tax) will be awarded as points (varies depending on the product).
* Please make your purchase while logged in. Points will not be awarded if you are not logged in. Points will not be awarded after purchase.
* When using points, points will be awarded based on the product price (excluding tax) after point usage.
* Points are awarded after the product has been shipped.
Accumulated points can be used for product purchases at a rate of "1 point = 1 yen".
Points are valid for one year from the date they are awarded. Please note that expired points cannot be restored.

About Payment
Tokyo Watch Style accepts the following payment methods.

* Security code authentication is performed.
(The security code is a 3 or 4-digit number on the front or back of the card. Please note that it is different from your PIN.)

* Credit cards issued overseas cannot be used.

For enhanced security, our shop may perform identity verification. In such cases, delivery may be temporarily withheld or the order may be canceled. Also, if the name of the orderer and the name of the cardholder differ, the order may be canceled. We appreciate your understanding.
* Please ensure that your orderer information and credit card information match.

You can use Paidy (postpaid). Please proceed according to the on-screen instructions. Payments can be made at convenience stores or banks, either in a lump sum or in installments.
Convenience Store Payment (Prepaid)

You can use convenience store payment (prepaid). Please proceed according to the on-screen instructions. Please make your payment within the payment deadline (within 5 days from the order date) at FamilyMart, Lawson, MiniStop, Daily Yamazaki, or Seicomart. If the deadline is exceeded, the order will be canceled.
Please note that we cannot accept changes to the payment method or order details after the order has been placed.
If you wish to change your order, please contact our shop, cancel the current order, and place a new order.
Our shop provides electronic receipts (PDF) for customers who request them. If you require a receipt, please inform us, and we will send you an electronic receipt (PDF) via email at a later date. Please note that the addressee must be the same as the orderer's name. Additionally, please understand that we cannot issue printed or handwritten receipts.
Shipping and Delivery Costs
Flat rate shipping fee nationwide: 770 yen (tax included)
Free shipping for orders totaling 5,500 yen (tax included) or more
* Excludes some products and services.
Delivery method: Courier service / Nekoposu (for some products)
Delivery company: Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport
* Varies depending on the product and shipping location. You cannot choose the delivery company.
Shipping date (delivery time): Normally, orders placed and paid for by 12:00 PM on business days will be shipped the same day. (Varies depending on the product.)
Shipping timing for each payment method is as follows:
- Credit card: Shipped as soon as order details and payment information are confirmed.
- Amazon Pay: Shipped as soon as order details and payment information are confirmed.
- Rakuten Pay: Shipped as soon as order details and payment information are confirmed.
- PayPay: Shipped as soon as order details and payment information are confirmed.
- Apple Pay: Shipped as soon as order details and payment information are confirmed.
- Google Pay: Shipped as soon as order details and payment information are confirmed.
- LINE Pay: Shipped as soon as order details and payment information are confirmed.
- Paidy (postpaid): Shipped as soon as order details and payment information are confirmed.
- Convenience store payment (prepaid): Shipped as soon as order details and payment are confirmed.
* Same-day shipping may not be possible depending on stock status, etc.
■ Tohoku, Kanto, Chubu, Kinki → 1 day (the day after shipment)
■ Hokkaido, Chugoku, Shikoku, Kyushu, Okinawa → 2 days (two days after shipment)
* For remote islands, it will take an additional 1 to 3 days.
* The stated number of days is a reference and may vary depending on weather and road conditions.

You can specify the delivery date and time slot on the order screen. If no specification is made, delivery will be at the earliest possible time.
Please note that delivery may not be possible at the specified date and time due to weather or road conditions.
You can specify one of the following delivery time slots: Morning / 12:00-14:00 / 14:00-16:00 / 16:00-18:00 / 18:00-20:00 / 19:00-21:00.
* You can also specify only the date or only the time slot.
* For pre-order items, delivery dates and times may not be specifiable.

Change/Split Delivery Address: You can change the delivery address to one other than your registered address when ordering.
International Shipping: We do not sell or ship internationally. No overseas shipment.
Returns and Exchanges
Our shop's policy on product returns and exchanges is as follows:
●If the purchased product is defective
While we take every precaution in handling our products, in the unlikely event that a product you purchased has a defect, damage, or stain (defect/malfunction), please contact us within 7 days of product arrival. We will confirm the defect and respond with an exchange or return.
We will guide you on the return/exchange method via email, but please be sure to return the product to us along with the "Official Warranty Card" issued by our shop. In this case, we will bear the return shipping cost.
* Please return defective products via cash-on-delivery (Chakubarai) using the designated shipping company (Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express).
* The same applies if a product different from the one ordered is received (incorrect shipment).
* If the product cannot be prepared due to being out of stock, etc., we will issue a refund.
●Returns and exchanges due to customer's convenience
Returns are possible due to customer's convenience, such as "the product was different from what I imagined." If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us within 7 days of product arrival. Afterward, please return the product to us in its original condition. Please note that the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
* If the product arrives cash-on-delivery, we will deduct the shipping cost from your refund.
Returns and exchanges may be refused for the following items:
- Products more than 8 days after arrival
- Manufacturer special order products
- Products that have been used once, or show signs of use
- Products with damaged or missing product tags or packaging (excluding cases where our shop removed them at the time of shipment)
- Products repaired or processed by the customer
- Products customized for the customer, such as belt adjustments before delivery
- If the delivery note (or warranty card issued by our shop) at the time of purchase is lost
* Even if it is a brand handled by our company, products purchased from outlets other than Tokyo Watch Style cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact the store where you purchased the item.
Warranty and Repair
For products purchased at our shop, warranty claims will be handled by the manufacturer or repaired based on these warranty regulations. In all cases, the official warranty card issued by our shop is required. The warranty card is only valid in Japan. (Even for brands and products handled by our company, products sold and purchased outside of Japan cannot be covered.)

Some watch brands purchased at Tokyo Watch Style are eligible for a warranty extension service. For details on eligible brands, conditions, and service content, please see the 【Warranty Extension Service】 page.
● About Warranty
The warranty applies only to failures that occur under normal use in accordance with the warranty regulations. In the event of a malfunction, please present the warranty card when requesting a repair, regardless of whether it is within or after the warranty period. Please note that we may not be able to assist if the warranty card is not presented at the time of repair.
* Please keep your warranty card even after the warranty period has expired.

- Delay due to magnetization
- Changes in appearance that occur during use (scratches on case, glass, band, buckle, crystal, etc.)
- Malfunction or damage due to natural disasters or accidents such as fire, flood, or earthquake
- Malfunction or damage due to improper repair or modification
- Malfunction or damage due to incorrect use or negligence
- Malfunction or damage due to purchase from outside Japan
- Failure to present the warranty card
- If the warranty card does not have the retailer's stamp, date of purchase, or if the wording has been altered
