※Orders are accepted 24 hours a day.
※Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday, April 25, and orders for 【belt size adjustment / backordered items (shipped 3-6 business days later)】 will be processed and handled sequentially from Friday, May 2 and Wednesday, May 7 onwards.
※For 【belt size adjustment / backordered items (shipped 3-6 business days later)】, the final shipment before the holiday closure will be for orders placed (and payment completed) by 12:00 PM on Wednesday, April 23.
■Regarding Delivery Date Specification
For orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday, April 25, we will accept requests for a specified delivery date of 【Saturday, May 10 or later】.
Please note that due to the rush of orders after the holiday period, it may take longer than usual for stock confirmation and shipping. We appreciate your cooperation in specifying a delivery date with ample time for items such as commemorative gifts and presents.
※Please be aware that requests for belt size adjustment, backordered items, and pre-ordered items are not eligible for next-day delivery or specified delivery dates.
(Please note that belt size adjustments for watches and backordered items take approximately 3-6 business days for shipment.)
※For items where date/time specification is not possible, we will prioritize your preferred delivery time slot.
※Normally, we accept delivery date requests from 3 days after the next business day of the order date. (You can specify up to 1 week.)
※If no delivery date is specified, the estimated delivery time is 1-2 days from the shipping date.
