At Tokyo Watch Style Repair Service, we have a system in place where experienced professional technicians, specialized by brand, repair your cherished timepieces.

Brands eligible for repair:
BENRUS / BOCCIA TITANIUM / BRAUN CLOCK / BREDA / FHB / JACK MASON / KENNETH COLE / TACS / MASTER WORKS

We accept repairs for the above brands and watches purchased at Tokyo Watch Style.

※Please note that depending on the brand or series (e.g., discontinued models), we may not be able to provide service or may need to provide separate guidance.
※For BERING brand products and BRAUN watches (wristwatches), please apply via "NORDIC FEELING REPAIR".

 

Please confirm the following before applying.


The following are not covered by warranty:
・Battery replacement
・Delay due to magnetization
・Changes in appearance that occur during use
(Scratches on case / glass / band / buckle / crystal)
・Breakdowns or damages due to natural disasters or accidents such as fire, flood, or earthquake
・Breakdowns or damages due to inappropriate repairs or modifications
・Breakdowns or damages due to improper use or negligence
・Breakdowns or damages from purchases outside Japan
・Absence of warranty card
・If the warranty card does not have the store name stamp, date of purchase, or if the text has been altered

 


・As a general rule, we cannot repair products not listed on Tokyo Watch Style.
(Excluding some products)

・We may not be able to accept repairs if an application for repair has not been made in advance.
・If there is no warranty card, the service will be charged in all cases.
・If the warranty card does not have a store name stamp or inscription, or the date of purchase, the service will be charged.
・If you have a warranty card, please be sure to send it along with the item to be repaired.
・If there is no box, please protect the watch before sending it.

 


Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when sending items for repair to our repair center.
※We will cover the shipping costs when returning the item to you.

 


Payment is by cash on delivery (cash payment, credit card, and cashless payment options are available).

 

Q: How long does it take?
A: It takes approximately 1 to 1.5 months from the estimate to the return. In some cases, if support from an overseas manufacturer is required, it may take approximately 2 to 3 months.

Q: How much does it cost?
A: We will provide you with an estimate. You may also cancel and have the item returned. However, a cancellation fee may apply depending on the brand or repair details.

Q: How do I handle shipping costs?
A: You are responsible for the shipping costs when sending the item to the repair center. We will cover the shipping costs when returning the item to you.

Q: Can you repair a watch that I didn't buy at Tokyo Watch Style?
A: We only accept repairs for products purchased at our shop. However, we do accept repairs for our official brands (BREDA / BOCCIA TITANIUM / TACS / MASTER WORKS / BENRUS / FHB / JACK MASON / BRAUN CLOCK).

Q: Can I get my watch repaired if I lost my warranty card?
A: If the item is eligible for repair, we will accept it. (As a general rule, it will be a paid repair).

Q: Should I send the warranty card even if the warranty period has expired?
A: The cost may differ depending on the presence of the warranty card, so if you have it, please send it along with the item.
