Please note that we will be closed for the following period for all operations.

■Shipping Department Closure
・From December 27, 2025 (Sat) to January 5, 2026 (Mon)
*The last shipping day of the year is [December 26, 2025 (Fri)].
*Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are regular holidays.
*Orders are accepted 24 hours a day.
*Orders placed after 12:00 PM on December 26, 2025 (Fri) will be processed, shipped, and responded to sequentially from the next business day [January 6, 2026 (Tue)].
(Orders placed by 12:00 PM on December 26, 2025 (Fri) (payment completed) will be shipped before the holiday, but some items such as size adjustments and取り寄せ (取り寄せ) items may differ.)
*For [belt size adjustment /取り寄せ (取り寄せ) items (shipping 3-6 business days later)], the deadline for acceptance before the holiday is orders placed by 12:00 PM on December 23, 2025 (Tue) (payment completed).

■About Designated Delivery Date and Payment Method
For orders placed after 12:00 PM on December 26, 2025 (Fri), we will accept [designated delivery dates from January 10, 2026 (Sat) onwards].
Please note that due to the rush of orders after the holidays, it may take longer than usual for inventory confirmation and shipping. We appreciate your understanding.

*Requests for belt size adjustments,取り寄せ (取り寄せ) items (shipping 3-6 business days later), and pre-order items are not eligible for next-day delivery or designated delivery dates.
(For watch belt size adjustments and取り寄せ (取り寄せ) items, it takes about 3-6 business days for shipping.)
*Normally, we accept orders from 3 days after the next business day following the order date. (You can specify a date up to 1 week later.)
*Estimated delivery time is 1-2 days after shipping.

■Inquiry Department Closure
・From December 26, 2025 (Fri) 18:00 to January 6, 2026 (Tue) 10:00
*Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are regular holidays.
*Inquiry reception hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on business days.

Orders will be accepted during the holiday period, but we will not be able to confirm orders, send various emails, ship products, or respond to inquiries from our shop, excluding automated responses.
We will respond sequentially from the next business day [January 6, 2026 (Tue)].
