Notice of Temporary Closure due to Inventory

Please note that we will be temporarily closed for inventory count from Thursday, October 31, 2024, to Friday, November 1, 2024.
Our services during this temporary closure are as follows:

■Shipping operations holidays
・From Thursday, October 31, 2024, to Monday, November 4, 2024
※Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are regular closing days.
※Orders are accepted 24 hours a day.
※Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, will be processed, shipped, and handled sequentially from the next business day, Tuesday, November 5, 2024.
※For [belt size adjustment / backordered products / products shipped 3-6 business days later]... The final acceptance before the holiday is for orders placed by 12:00 PM on Monday, October 28, 2024.
※Orders placed after the final acceptance time before the holiday will be processed sequentially after the holiday.

■Inquiry desk holidays
・From 6:00 PM on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, to 10:00 AM on Tuesday, November 5, 2024
※Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are regular closing days.
※Inquiry reception hours are weekdays (business days) from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

■Regarding designated delivery dates
Please note that for orders placed after 12:00 PM on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, we will accept designated delivery dates from Friday, November 8, 2024, onwards.
Please also understand in advance that due to the increase in orders and shipping volume after the holidays, it may take longer than usual to confirm stock and ship products.
※Normally, we accept designated delivery dates from 3 days after the next business day of the order date. (You can designate up to one week.)
※The estimated delivery time is 1 to 2 days after shipment.
※We will prioritize your preferred delivery time slot.
※Please note that requests for belt size adjustment, backordered products, and pre-ordered products are not eligible for next-day delivery.
(For watch belt size adjustments and orders for backordered products, it takes about 3 to 6 business days for shipment.)

Although orders will be accepted during the above period, we will not be able to confirm orders, send emails, ship products, or respond to inquiries from our shop.
Email inquiries and response emails from the online shop received during the holiday period will be processed and sent sequentially from the next business day.
