■Shipping Holiday Schedule

*Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are regular days off.
*Orders are accepted 24 hours a day.
*Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday, April 26, 2024, will be processed, shipped, and handled sequentially from the next business day, Tuesday, May 7, 2024.
*[Belt size adjustment / Backordered items / Items shipped 3-6 business days later]... Last acceptance before long holiday: Orders placed by 12:00 PM on Wednesday, April 24, 2024
*Orders placed after the final acceptance time before the long holiday will be processed sequentially after the holiday ends.

*Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are regular days off.
*Inquiry reception hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays (business days).
■Regarding Specified Delivery Dates
Please note that for orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday, April 26, 2024, we will accept specified delivery dates from Saturday, May 11, 2024, onwards.
Please also understand that due to the increase in orders and deliveries after the holidays, it may take longer than usual to confirm stock and ship items.
*Normally, we accept deliveries from 3 days after the next business day of the order date. (You can specify a maximum of 1 week.)
*Estimated delivery is 1-2 days after shipment.
*We will prioritize your preferred delivery time slot.
*Please note that requests for belt size adjustment, backordered items, and pre-order items are not eligible for next-day delivery.
(It takes approximately 3-6 business days for shipping belt size adjustments for watches and backordered items.)
We will accept orders during the above period, but we will not be able to confirm orders, send emails, ship products, or respond to inquiries from our shop.
