■Shipping Department Closure
・From Saturday, August 10, 2024, to Sunday, August 18, 2024
*Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are regular days off.
*Orders are accepted 24 hours a day.
*Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday, August 9, 2024, will be processed, shipped, and responded to sequentially starting from the next business day, Monday, August 19, 2024.
*[Belt size adjustment / Backordered items / Items shipped 3-6 business days later]...Final acceptance before long holiday closure: Orders placed by 12:00 PM on Wednesday, August 7, 2024.
*Orders placed after the final acceptance time before the long holiday closure will be processed sequentially after the holiday period.

■Inquiry Department Closure
・From 6:00 PM on Friday, August 9, 2024, to 10:00 AM on Monday, August 19, 2024
*Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are regular days off.
*Inquiry acceptance hours are weekdays (business days) from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

■Regarding Specified Delivery Dates
We apologize for the inconvenience, but for orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday, August 9, 2024, delivery can be scheduled for Thursday, August 23, 2024, or later.
Please note that due to the increase in orders and shipping volume after the holiday period, it may take longer than usual for inventory confirmation and shipping. Thank you for your understanding.
*Normally, we accept deliveries from 3 days after the next business day of your order. (You can specify a date within a maximum of one week.)
*Estimated delivery is 1-2 days after shipment.
*Your preferred delivery time slot will be prioritized.
*Please note that requests for belt size adjustment, backordered items, and pre-order items are not eligible for next-day delivery.
(Belt size adjustment for watches and orders for backordered items will take approximately 3-6 business days for shipping.)

We will continue to accept orders during the above period, but we will not be able to confirm orders, send emails, ship products, or respond to inquiries from our shop.
Email inquiries received during the holiday period and email replies from the online shop will be processed and sent sequentially starting from the next business day.
